20 hours per week
£14,599 per annum (plus annual leave and pension contribution)

At Wellington Baptist Church, we believe that effective administration creates space for ministry to thrive. We are seeking an Administration Lead who will bring organisation, initiative and care to the heart of church life.

This is an opportunity to use your professional skills in a role that supports people, strengthens church operations and helps enable our vision of knowing Jesus and making Him known. Working alongside staff and volunteers, you will help coordinate the practical life of the church so that our ministries can focus on serving God and our community.

As the central point of coordination for church administration, communications and operational support, you will play an important role in helping the church remain welcoming, organised and effective in its mission. You will work closely with staff, elders, deacons and volunteers, ensuring that the systems and processes that underpin church life run smoothly and efficiently.

If you are an experienced administrator, a committed Christian and someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity and support to a busy environment, we would love to hear from you.
